Who handles your information
Robo Vending Services LLC operates this EXPOCCINO website and is responsible for the personal information received through its enquiry form. For privacy enquiries, contact nv@expoccino.ae.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, company or agency, email address, phone country and WhatsApp number, and the event details you choose to provide, such as event date, venue, preferred kiosk and notes. We also record the submission time, enquiry reference, originating page, referring website origin, campaign tags where present, and your acknowledgement of this notice. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, discuss and organise your event, and maintain the related business correspondence. A form submission does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Our service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, protects the form with Turnstile and stores technical delivery records. Enquiries are added to a restricted Google Sheets spreadsheet for our team. Resend sends our team an email containing the information you submit in the form, including your name, company, email address, phone country, WhatsApp number and event details, together with the enquiry reference, submission time and spreadsheet link. These providers may process information outside the UAE.
How long we keep it
We keep active enquiries while they are being handled. Closed enquiries that are no longer needed for an ongoing customer relationship are scheduled for deletion within 90 days of closure. Bookings, contracts, invoices and records needed for legal, accounting or dispute-related purposes are kept separately for as long as necessary for those purposes. Successfully delivered technical copies are removed from the website delivery database after 90 days from submission; unresolved delivery failures are retained for investigation and resolution.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw your agreement to further contact about an enquiry. We may need to verify your identity and consider any applicable record-keeping requirements before completing a request.
Security, cookies and external links
Access to enquiry records is restricted to the team handling them. Turnstile processes browser and network information to help prevent automated abuse. No advertising or analytics tracking has been activated in this version of the website. WhatsApp and email links open their respective services, which operate under their own privacy terms.
