Delivery, setup, removal and an attendant throughout every event day are included. We handle replenishment and cleanliness.
Up to 200 servings of coffee and up to 200 servings of soft ice cream per day. Ingredients, cups, spoons and napkins are included.
Single-phase 32 A supply with a 3-pin industrial connector. We confirm the connection in advance and can supply the mating connector. No venue water supply, drainage or internet is required.
For events of two days or more, allow space for our small refrigerator and supplies. We bring the refrigerator; a one-day event generally does not need it.

Are branded cookie gift boxes available?
Branded iced cookie gift boxes are a planned add-on, marked Coming Soon. They will be prepared and boxed before the event. The separate AI Cookie Experience for live edible image printing is also a future offering.
Can we customise the café exterior?
Yes. Digital branding on the upper screens is included, using your supplied content. Printing exterior and cup stickers is an additional service. If you print and apply the kiosk exterior stickers yourself, there is no additional branding charge.
What menu and quantities can we offer?
The standard rental includes up to 200 servings of coffee and up to 200 servings of soft ice cream per day, with ingredients and serving essentials. We confirm the menu for your event in the proposal.
